Three Months, Two Stickers and One Long Night Walk

Three months to the day since we started. DeeNice noticed, of course, and ordered a slice of cake with a single matchstick in it. I kept my pink beanie on the whole evening because the door kept opening and October in Zurich is not Siberia, but it is trying.

The vote

Everyone brought a design. Kinky's winking cat, PoshX's round "KC" in blue, my small pink beanie with two letters on it, and DeeNice's design, which was just a black square with "17:17" in it. We voted with sugar cubes. The winking cat and the pink beanie won. DeeNice said her square was "for later". We will see.

The first run

The plan for the sticker run is simple. We print a small first batch, then walk one long loop through Kreis 4 and Kreis 5 on a Saturday evening. We only put stickers where it is allowed: our own wall, the courtyard of the friendly owner, and the boards of two cafés that said yes. PoshX swapped a shift to join, which is a small miracle in itself.

Walking it off

I suggested we do the run on foot, no tram. Long walks are how I think. On the farm by Lake Baikal we walked for hours to reach the next neighbour. Here the next neighbour is four metres away, but the principle stays.
