1. Seller and scope
The KC Paw Shop on klittycrew.com is operated by Diversico GmbH, Adlikerstrasse 246, 8105 Regensdorf, Switzerland (UID/VAT: CHE-241.775.499 MWST), trading as KC Klitty Crew ("KC", "we", "us").
These terms apply to every order placed in the KC Paw Shop. They apply to consumers buying for personal use.
What we sell. The KC Paw Shop has two parts:

A design released as a Daily Drop is never sold as a KC Classic. Rules marked Classics or Drops apply only to that part; everything else applies to both.

2. KC Daily Drops and limited editions
Every day at 17:17 Zurich time (11:17 New York) we release one new design – a drop. Each drop is offered as T-shirt, hoodie and poster, in one colour per design.

Your number. Numbers 2–17 are assigned in the order in which payments are confirmed; you cannot choose a number. Your number is shown in your order confirmation and on your certificate. The edition page lists each sold number with the buyer's US state; names appear only if you agree.
Certificate. Every piece comes with a numbered certificate of authenticity (digital, printed for #1).
Replacements. A replacement for a damaged or misprinted item (section 6) keeps the original number and is not an additional piece.
KC Proofs. We may make up to 5 proofs per design for the crew and the KC Archive, marked KC-P 1/5 to KC-P 5/5. They are outside the edition of 17, are never sold as edition pieces and are listed on the edition page.
3. #1 Collector (Drops)
Number 1 of every format is sold as #1 Collector for $171.70, including free shipping in the USA. It contains:
- The piece numbered 1/17 in your size
- A printed, numbered certificate of authenticity, stamped and paw-printed by the crew
- Your entry as owner of #1 on the edition page and in the Klitty Crew Museum, with your name, a nickname or anonymous
Special drops (for example Halloween, CatMas or 17 July) may offer a larger #1 package at a different price; its contents and price are shown on that drop's page.
4. Prices, shipping, order and payment
Prices. All prices are in US dollars and are shown on the product page at the time of your order. Larger sizes may cost more; the price for each size is shown before you pay.
Shipping. Drops: shipping within the USA is always included in the price. Classics: T-shirts ship free to the USA, the EU, the UK and Japan – shipping is included in the price. For Canada and Australia shipping is $3.90, for other countries $6.90, plus $2.50 per additional shirt. For other products, shipping is added at checkout and shown on their product page before you pay.
Taxes and duties. Where we are required to collect US sales tax, it is added at checkout and shown before you pay. Orders to the USA are delivered duty paid. Classics shipped outside the USA may be charged import duties, VAT or handling fees by your country on delivery; these are paid by you.
Order. Your order is binding once you complete payment. The contract is concluded when you receive our order confirmation by email; for Drops it also states your edition number. If the last pieces of a drop format are bought at the same moment and your number can no longer be assigned, we cancel your order and refund the full amount within 5 business days.
Payment. We accept payment through PayPal (PayPal account or card via PayPal). Your order goes into production only after the payment is completed.
5. Production and delivery
Every product is printed on demand for your order by our print partner at a facility close to you – orders to the USA in North America – and shipped with tracking.

You receive a tracking link by email as soon as your order ships. The risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
Delays. If we cannot ship within the times above, we tell you by email with a new expected date. You may then cancel your order for a full refund, or accept the new date. If we cannot ship within 30 days of your order, we cancel it and refund you in full unless you agree to a further delay.
6. Cancellation, returns and damaged items
Cancellation. You can cancel free of charge until production has started. Email support@klittycrew.com right after ordering with your order number. Once production has started, an order can no longer be cancelled.
Returns. Drops: every piece is printed for you and carries a unique edition number, so we cannot take it back because you changed your mind or ordered the wrong size. Classics: no change-of-mind returns either, except where the law gives you a right of withdrawal – customers in the EU and the UK may withdraw within 14 days of delivery. Contact us first, return the item unused at your own cost, and we refund you within 14 days of receiving it. Please check the size chart on the product page before ordering.
Damaged, misprinted or wrong items. If your item arrives damaged, misprinted or in the wrong size or colour, send a photo to support@klittycrew.com within 30 days of delivery. We send a replacement – for Drops with the same edition number – or refund you in full, free of charge. You do not need to send the item back unless we ask you to.
Lost parcels. If tracking shows no delivery 15 business days after shipping, contact us and we send a replacement (for Drops with the same number) or refund you in full.
Your statutory rights as a consumer remain unaffected.
7. Discount codes
Discount codes, such as the 10% codes offered in KC games, are valid for the time stated with the code. One code per order; codes cannot be combined, exchanged for cash or applied to orders already placed. Codes do not apply to #1 Collector pieces.
8. Designs and intellectual property
The copyrights in all KC designs are privately held by their respective designers. Every designer is known to Diversico GmbH and has granted Diversico GmbH the right to produce and sell their designs in the KC Paw Shop. For privacy reasons, the designers' names are not published.
Buying a product gives you ownership of that product, not of the design or its copyright. You may not reproduce the designs or use them commercially.
9. Resale
You are free to resell your product. For Drops, the edition number and certificate stay with the piece. On request, we update the owner listing on the edition page when the new owner sends us the certificate number.
10. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence. For other cases, our liability is limited to the purchase price of the order concerned, to the extent permitted by law. Your mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.
11. Privacy
We use your name, address and email only to process and deliver your order and, for #1 Collector pieces, for the owner listing you choose. Payment data is processed by PayPal; production and shipping data are shared with our print partner.
12. Governing law and disputes
These terms are governed by Swiss law. Place of jurisdiction is the registered office of Diversico GmbH. Mandatory consumer protection laws of your country or state of residence remain applicable, and you may bring a claim in the courts there where such laws allow it.
13. Changes
We may update these terms for future orders. The version valid at the time of your order applies to that order.
