After the Jam, Kinky Says One Word – Stockholm

Dada Kaffee, Zurich – 15 July 2021, 20:00. Two days before our fourth birthday, and we're still finding paint in our fur from the jam. I'm writing this with a pink fingernail I can't get clean.

The comeback jam It happened. Eight boards, so many cats, one line each – and then, of course, many more lines than that. A tiny kitten painted a sun bigger than herself. An old tomcat painted a perfect circle and walked away like a magician. PoshX's afternoon playlist made everyone sway. My evening playlist made everyone jump. Nobody complained. Okay, SinDee covered her ears once.

The boards now lean in the owner's workshop, and he wants to keep two. We said yes, obviously.

One word Then I said it: Stockholm. I've been there, I know some walls, I know some painters. I met someone there you should all know – a crew who paints legal walls by the water and invited us over "whenever". DeeNice didn't laugh. She just opened the notebook and wrote "Stockholm?" with a question mark.

Decision tonight: we take the idea seriously. Each of us looks at dates. SinDee checks trains and ferries, because she hates flying when she can walk, roll or float. We talk again in August.
