Do Street Cats Need a Website?

Dada Kaffee, Zurich – 18 June 2025, 20:00. Warm evening, terrace full, so we stayed at our table inside where the fan works and nobody can hear PoshX argue for The Cure.

The kids have spoken The workshop in Wiedikon was loud, sticky and wonderful. A room full of small artists, one long roll of paper. The verdict on our sticker drafts was brutal and clear: the garden chair K was the favourite. One child drew an entire garden chair family. Kinky is still recovering.

A home of our own Then a question I had been carrying for weeks: where do people find us? On walls, yes. But a wall can't tell you who painted it, what the story is, or when the next workshop happens.

So, for the first time, we talked about a website. Our own. Not loud, not complicated. A place for the murals, the stories from this table, a page for each of us – and later, maybe, the stickers.

Kinky, naturally, met someone we should know: a quiet tuxedo cat who builds websites and likes our walls. He will come to a meeting in autumn.

The plan for now - Collect photos of every wall since 2017, starting with "KC Hello". - Each member writes a few honest lines about herself. - I start this blog in my notebook first. You are reading the result.

Walls stay where they are. Stories need to travel. – DeeNice
