Nine Years Old, Posters on the Wall

The Klitty Crew turns nine at the Dada Kaffee in Zurich: the posters go live, Kinky's CatWorldNews interview is done, tote bags are next.

Dada Kaffee, Zurich – 17 July 2026, 18:17. A Friday birthday. I swapped two shifts to be here, Kinky brought a cake with nine tiny spray cans on it, and DeeNice gave the shortest speech in history: "Nine. Good. Next."

"Where It Started" The Kreis 5 wall is finished. Four young cats at a small table, a giant notebook floating above them. The light falls from the left, like late afternoon on a Turner canvas. And DeeNice's secret detail? A tiny clock on the café wall, showing 17:17. Of course.

Posters are live Our first posters went online this week: "Paws Up", "Baikal on Ice", "Four Cats, One Sea" and now "Where It Started". I compared every print with the real walls and sent two back until the gold was right. Now they hang in kitchens and hallways from Zurich to places we have never been. A mural, in a way, finally gets to travel.

Kinky and CatMonch The interview with CatMonch for CatWorldNews happened last week, right here at our table. Three hours, two pots of tea, many stories from the Bronx. Kinky came back glowing. She is not allowed to tell us what she said. We are dying.

Tote bags Point four: tote bags. Big enough for a sketchbook, a lunch box and a pair of running shoes – I tested. Two designs: Walls of Zurich, and the garden chair K, by popular demand.

Nine years and still painting together. That is the real masterpiece. – PoshX
