The Owner Said Yes: "Paws Up" Is Coming

Dada Kaffee, Zurich – 12 March 2025, 20:15. We moved the meeting by a day for PoshX's night shifts, and she still arrived with hospital hair and the biggest smile in the room.

Good news first Kinky had a letter. A real one, on paper. A building owner in Kreis 4 had seen our "Klitty Skyline" last year and offered us a side wall – legal, freshly primed, facing a small courtyard where children play after school.

The answer from the table was immediate. The answer from my notebook took a little longer, because a wall is not just paint. It is weekends, ladders, neighbours and weather.

The plan We call it "Paws Up": four cats climbing towards the light, each one reaching for the next. PoshX insisted on a sky that moves like a Turner painting – soft gold bleeding into grey. SinDee wants a thin line of Baikal blue at the bottom, "so the cats always know where they started".

Dates: the first two weekends of April, if the rain allows. Kinky does the outlines, PoshX the sky, SinDee and I the details and the cleaning up. Yes, I paint sometimes. Quietly.

Meanwhile, stickers The KlittyCrewPower drafts are coming along. Kinky showed four versions of the fist-paw. We liked number three. Nobody liked number one, but we kept it for the archive.
