Back From Barcelona With Sand in the Sketchbooks

Dada Kaffee, Zurich – 25 September 2025, 18:30. The coffee here tastes different after a week by the sea. Not worse. Just more like home. My pink beanie survived the trip, my sunglasses did not – they are somewhere on a beach now.

What happened down there The friends Kinky knew in Barcelona found us a courtyard wall, and the owner said yes over a cup of very strong coffee. In two days we painted "Four Cats, One Sea": our crew sitting on a harbour wall, legs dangling, looking at the water. PoshX painted the sea like a Monet afternoon. Kinky added a tiny garden chair in the corner. Self-irony is growth.

We gave away almost all the KlittyCrewPower stickers. People asked where they could get more. We had no answer. That bothered DeeNice more than anything else on the trip.

So: the website Back at our table, DeeNice opened the notebook and drew a box. Inside the box: klittycrew.com. The tuxedo cat Kinky met in June joins us in October to talk about it seriously.

The plan for the site so far: - murals and stories - a page for Kinky, for PoshX, for me - later: stickers, and only stickers good enough to carry our name

My promise I will write the texts about myself honestly. Farm, lake, long walks, no arrogance. That is all there is.
