DeeNice’s kitchen

Ingredients

• 70 g white chocolate, chopped
• 400 ml cold milk
• 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
• 2 butter biscuits, plus 2 to decorate
• 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
• 2 tbsp caramel sauce
• Ice cubes
• Whipped cream and biscuit crumbs to decorate

Method

1. Warm 100 ml of the milk and stir in the white chocolate until melted and smooth. Let it cool.
2. Drizzle caramel inside two glasses so it runs down the sides and add a few ice cubes.
3. Blend the white chocolate milk with the rest of the milk, the ice cream, vanilla and 2 biscuits until creamy.
4. Pour into the glasses and top with whipped cream, more caramel, biscuit crumbs and a biscuit on the rim.
